Triple Boost for Solihull Bible Learning Centre

Organisers of the Bible Learning Centre in Poplar Way, Solihull have been given a big           boost by three developments in the last two weeks.

First of all came the good news that the current lease for the Bible Learning Centre will be extended into 2014, God willing, so that the Centre will be able to continue its mission to make this wonderful, life-giving Book available, accessible and understandable to everyone.

“We have been very well-blessed in the large number of people who have been into the centre over the last 16 months; – at over 11000 we have reached a great many people. A significant number have also taken the free Bible learning courses we run at the Centre,”  says John Botten, publicity co-ordinator for the Centre.

Secondly, the Bible Learning Centre will be out in the Town Centre Christmas Market at the special chalet for local businesses and organisations provided by the Solihull BID organisation. The BLC will be in the chalet for three days from Sunday 15th December to Tuesday 17th December selling greetings, cards, calendars, Bibles, Bible story books and giving away free Bible information as always.

Finally, a new Bible Learning Centre has just been opened in the Thistle Centre in Stirling, making three Centres currently inoperation in the UK, – the third being in the Broadmarsh Shopping Centre in Nottingham. “Like us, the Stirling Bible Learning Centre is being run through charitable donations from our members and staffed by volunteers. We’ve been delighted to help them with advice and encouragement and pray that their work will be blessed as our has been.” says John Botten.
